The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team at an exciting time in a growing organisation.
You’ll carry out and deliver key compliance activities including regulatory reporting, Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), due diligence checks, and support regulatory approvals, among other responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Lead on TOBAs, including maintaining the TOBA register, and conducting continuous monitoring.
Lead on stage one due diligence enquiries received from third parties.
Coordinate key business stakeholders to ensure completion of Regulatory Returns.
Coordinate regulatory correspondence and actions.
Update and conduct reviews of our Conflicts of Interest log.
Review and completion of the Gifts and Hospitality log.
Support the production of key Compliance MI.
Support on the production of Board/Committee papers.
Coordinating and taking minutes taking at committee and other key meetings.
Support on regulatory approvals for UK & Belgium
Support compliance monitoring activities.
You’ll lead on coordinating our Compliance training, as well as ensuring completion of the required Continuous Professional Development across the business.

Skills & Experience

Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
Understanding of the regulatory requirements in the UK insurance industry.
Understanding of the FCA rulebooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
