We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team at an exciting time in a growing organisation.
You’ll carry out and deliver key compliance activities including regulatory reporting, Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), due diligence checks, and support regulatory approvals, among other responsibilities
• Lead on TOBAs, including maintaining the TOBA register, and conducting continuous monitoring.
• Lead on stage one due diligence enquiries received from third parties.
• Coordinate key business stakeholders to ensure completion of Regulatory Returns.
• Coordinate regulatory correspondence and actions.
• Update and conduct reviews of our Conflicts of Interest log.
• Review and completion of the Gifts and Hospitality log.
• Support the production of key Compliance MI.
• Support on the production of Board/Committee papers.
• Coordinating and taking minutes taking at committee and other key meetings.
• Support on regulatory approvals for UK & Belgium
• Support compliance monitoring activities.
• You’ll lead on coordinating our Compliance training, as well as ensuring completion of the required Continuous Professional Development across the business.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Understanding of the regulatory requirements in the UK insurance industry.
• Understanding of the FCA rulebooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
