An opportunity has risen for a Graduate Compliance Analyst to join the TFP Group at an exciting time, following TFP’s significant growth, global expansion and return to the Lloyd’s of London market with two ambition syndicates. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate level individual to join our Compliance team in a generalist role. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the insurance industry, while gaining valuable experience in compliance practice and regulations. This individual will join the Compliance team in supporting all entities within the TFP Group, providing hands-on experience across differing domestic and international regulatory environments and insurance business set-ups.
The Compliance Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with business leaders to drive enhancements and execute the company’s Compliance programme. This person will also have regular and direct access to the Head of Compliance, Head of Compliance Advice and the Global Chief Risk Officer. The Compliance team covers a comprehensive view of business, regulatory and legal requirements for this global business.
The role will offer significant and steep growth potential as part of a team that covers the entirety of the rapidly growing Group. The individual will be expected to act independently in the relevant activities and to support the goals of the overall Compliance function. The Compliance Analyst will add immediate value by picking up ownership of a set of particular tasks that have a significant impact to the overall Group. The Compliance Analyst will have the opportunity to learn about the key operations within the insurance sector including underwriting, claims, actuarial, risk, and finance.
The Graduate Compliance Analyst will be encouraged to spend time with various functions to better understand the processes and needs of the business. This role will provide unique insight and access into the world-class underwriting process and market-leading proprietary systems along with all other key functions for the business.
The Graduate Compliance Analyst will have to be highly organised, detail orientated and bring a genuine drive to learn. This person will need to be a strong communicator (written and verbal) with a high level of emotional intelligence.
